This proposal outlines five steps aimed at expanding the supply of housing, reducing costs, and increasing pathways to homeownership for the hardworking residents of Montgomery County. The More Housing N.O.W. Package was introduced on Tues., Feb. 4, and is sponsored by Councilmember Andrew Friedson, the chair of the Planning, Housing, and Parks Committee, along with Councilmember Natali Fani-González, the chair of the Economic Development Committee.
